ALDH1B1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALDH1B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,736 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Maturation of SSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with ALDH1B1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1B1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA) grouped by ALDH1B1-low versus ALDH1B1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 4,736 associations by consensus.
