ALDH1A3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH1A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,665 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D2B, PXDN, and RAI14. Each is linked with ALDH1A3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1A3-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
