ALDH1A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH1A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,296 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC13, GMEB1, and FEN1. Each is linked with ALDH1A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1A2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEC13 grouped by ALDH1A2-low versus ALDH1A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
