ALDH1A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH1A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,337 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAVIN2, LINC01474, and ABCA8. Each is linked with ALDH1A1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH1A1 versus CAVIN2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
