Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALDH1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,941 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 9-cis-retinoic acid biosynthetic process, 9-cis-retinoic acid metabolic process, and Retinoic acid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ALDH1A1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1A1 results are reported.
