ALAD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALAD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,009 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBB, RFC4, and DEPDC1. Each is linked with ALAD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALAD-to-partner and partner-to-ALAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALAD versus HBB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
