ALAD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALAD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,600 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM160B1, SAV1, and AP1S3. Each is linked with ALAD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALAD-to-partner and partner-to-ALAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM160B1 grouped by ALAD-low versus ALAD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
