AKTIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKTIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,539 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKTIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMFR, PHKB, and LONP2. Each is linked with AKTIP in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKTIP-to-partner and partner-to-AKTIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKTIP versus AMFR in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKTIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKTIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
