AKT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,220 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, TAGLN, and CNN3. Each is linked with AKT3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT3-to-partner and partner-to-AKT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKT3 versus RSU1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
