AKT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,375 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBR1, RNU6-662P, and RNA5SP480. Each is linked with AKT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT3-to-partner and partner-to-AKT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBR1 grouped by AKT3-low versus AKT3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
