AKT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,881 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRCC1, PAFAH1B3, and SAE1. Each is linked with AKT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT2-to-partner and partner-to-AKT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKT2 versus XRCC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
