Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,998 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERTAD1, ECM2, and SERTAD3. Each is linked with AKT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT2-to-partner and partner-to-AKT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKT2 versus SERTAD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
