AKT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,382 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHMT2, BTBD6, and VPS18. Each is linked with AKT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT2-to-partner and partner-to-AKT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHMT2 grouped by AKT2-low versus AKT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
