Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, p62 Lck ligand, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with AKT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT2-to-partner and partner-to-AKT2 results are reported.
