Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,182 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Heterochromatin formation, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with AKT2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT2-to-partner and partner-to-AKT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane grouped by AKT2-low versus AKT2-high in STOMACH.
