AKT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM2, BIRC8, and OR2T2. Each is linked with AKT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT2-to-partner and partner-to-AKT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM2 grouped by AKT2-low versus AKT2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
