AKT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,801 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC42BPB, BAG5, and CEP170B. Each is linked with AKT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT1-to-partner and partner-to-AKT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKT1 versus CDC42BPB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
