Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,783 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Regulation of cilium assembly, and Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to hydrogen peroxide. Each is linked with AKT1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT1-to-partner and partner-to-AKT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum grouped by AKT1-low versus AKT1-high in OESOPHAGUS.
