Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR174, OR52Z1, and GPHB5. Each is linked with AKT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT1-to-partner and partner-to-AKT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR174 grouped by AKT1-low versus AKT1-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
