AKR7A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR7A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,029 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKR7A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDC, USP48, and ARHGEF16. Each is linked with AKR7A2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR7A2-to-partner and partner-to-AKR7A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKR7A2 versus NUDC in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR7A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR7A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
