Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR7A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,564 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKR7A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, HJURP, and NUF2. Each is linked with AKR7A2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR7A2-to-partner and partner-to-AKR7A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKR7A2 versus SKA1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR7A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR7A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
