AKR7A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR7A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 935 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKR7A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4D5, SNRPGP17, and SNRPEP7. Each is linked with AKR7A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR7A2-to-partner and partner-to-AKR7A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4D5 grouped by AKR7A2-low versus AKR7A2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR7A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR7A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
