Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKR7A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,076 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKR7A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Toxin catabolic process, Mycotoxin catabolic process, and Aflatoxin catabolic process. Each is linked with AKR7A2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR7A2-to-partner and partner-to-AKR7A2 results are reported.
