The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher AKR1C8P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AKR1C8P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, STAD, and LAML are the cancer types where AKR1C8P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
