AKR1C2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR1C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,621 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKR1C2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKR1C3, CES1, and AKR1C1. Each is linked with AKR1C2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR1C2-to-partner and partner-to-AKR1C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKR1C2 versus AKR1C3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR1C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR1C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
