Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR1C2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,289 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKR1C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1C1, AKR1C3, and AKR1B10. Each is linked with AKR1C2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR1C2-to-partner and partner-to-AKR1C2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKR1C2 versus AKR1C1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR1C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR1C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
