AKR1C2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR1C2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 730 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKR1C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI4K2A, SQSTM1, and CCDC74A. Each is linked with AKR1C2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR1C2-to-partner and partner-to-AKR1C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PI4K2A grouped by AKR1C2-low versus AKR1C2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR1C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR1C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
