Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR1B1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,867 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKR1B1P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SOX6_S411, SOX6_S454, and SOX6. Each is linked with AKR1B1P3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR1B1P3-to-partner and partner-to-AKR1B1P3 results are reported.
