Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR1B10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKR1B10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and PDCD4. Each is linked with AKR1B10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR1B10-to-partner and partner-to-AKR1B10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR1B10→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR1B10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
