Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR1A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,964 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKR1A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, LAMTOR5, and NANS. Each is linked with AKR1A1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR1A1-to-partner and partner-to-AKR1A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKR1A1 versus SMC4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
