Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKNA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,823 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRR1, DLGAP5, and BCCIP. Each is linked with AKNA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKNA-to-partner and partner-to-AKNA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRR1 grouped by AKNA-low versus AKNA-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
