Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKNA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,206 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKNA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neuroblast division in subventricular zone, Golgi to endosome transport, and Cell proliferation in forebrain. Each is linked with AKNA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKNA-to-partner and partner-to-AKNA results are reported.
