Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKNA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 232 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPM2, GALNTL5, and PRSS58. Each is linked with AKNA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKNA-to-partner and partner-to-AKNA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRPM2 grouped by AKNA-low versus AKNA-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
