Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKIRIN1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,576 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKIRIN1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytokinesis, Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, and Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with AKIRIN1P2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKIRIN1P2-to-partner and partner-to-AKIRIN1P2 results are reported.
