AKAP8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,339 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMT1, RPL18A, and TMEM97. Each is linked with AKAP8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP8-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAP8 versus TRMT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
