AKAP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,550 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1A, RER1, and ZNF232. Each is linked with AKAP8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP8-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1A grouped by AKAP8-low versus AKAP8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
