Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKAP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,982 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic chromosome condensation, Regulation of chromatin organization, and U2-type prespliceosome assembly. Each is linked with AKAP8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP8-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP8 results are reported.
