AKAP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKAP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR87, F11, and IGSF21. Each is linked with AKAP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP8-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR87 grouped by AKAP8-low versus AKAP8-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
