Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AKAP7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AKAP7 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher AKAP7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AKAP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, HNSC, and LGG are the cancer types where AKAP7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
