AKAP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,482 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPB41L2, HMG20A, and CDC40. Each is linked with AKAP7 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP7-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAP7 versus EPB41L2 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
