AKAP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,130 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOA7_S89, ERO1A, and EPB41L2. Each is linked with AKAP7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP7-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAP7 versus NCOA7_S89 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
