Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,466 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEFV, STK35, and VNN2. Each is linked with AKAP7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP7-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP7 results are reported.
