AKAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,835 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPN, DONSON, and HSBP1P2. Each is linked with AKAP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP3-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPN grouped by AKAP3-low versus AKAP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
