AKAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,731 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL26, KDM2A, and PACS2. Each is linked with AKAP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP3-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL26 grouped by AKAP3-low versus AKAP3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
