AKAP11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,622 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNX1, TRIP11, and STK4. Each is linked with AKAP11 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP11-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAP11 versus PCNX1 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
