Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,466 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKAP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3R6, CRTAM, and SH2B3. Each is linked with AKAP11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP11-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAP11 versus PIK3R6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
