Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKAP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,533 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKAP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, and Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with AKAP11 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP11-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP11 results are reported.
