AKAP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKAP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 932 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM23, SEL1L2, and PBOV1. Each is linked with AKAP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP11-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM23 grouped by AKAP11-low versus AKAP11-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
