AKAP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,081 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAG7, NCOR1, and PAFAH1B1. Each is linked with AKAP10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP10-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAP10 versus SPAG7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
