Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,961 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCO1, ATPAF2, and SMCR8. Each is linked with AKAP10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP10-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP10 results are reported.
